2019 Media Application
Note: This information area and credentialing form is not intended for the general public. Our guests are encouraged to bring personal cameras to Crandon race weekends and post pictures of their experience on social media (and for personal use).
This is for accredited media professionals intending to publish written or digital Crandon event and race coverage, as well as those needing access to trackside media photo areas.
Submissions of this form DOES NOT guarantee the issuance of a Crandon media credential. All applications will be reviewed and applicants will be notified of application status prior to the event. You will be required to attend any official Crandon safety briefings and sign a waiver in person before trackside credentials or official safety vests will be issued.
Crandon International Raceway reserves the right to deny or revoke credentials at any time.
In keeping with our longstanding media policy, Crandon International Raceway does not charge for any credentials or for media rights outside of commercial video or film shoots. However, in order to obtain and maintain Crandon media credentials in good standing, ALL approved media must supply the following promotional, royalty-free material to Crandon International Raceway within 10 days of each racing event.
- 20 high resolution, high-quality images, or
- Two minutes of high quality, professional level video, or
- A $200.00 contribution per race to Crandon International’s annual charity fund
